Our adjustable beds and bed frames are available in Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, Split King, California King, and Split California King. Split King configurations consist of two independent Twin XL bases, each with its own motor system and remote control. Custom size adaptation for European, Australian, Korean, and other non-US market dimensions is available on OEM orders — contact our engineering team with your specific size requirements.

Memory foam, latex, and hybrid mattresses with individually wrapped coils are all compatible with our adjustable bed bases. These materials bend smoothly with the base articulation and return to their original shape. Traditional innerspring mattresses with connected coil systems are not recommended — the rigid coil structure resists bending and can be damaged by repeated articulation. Mattress thickness between 8 and 14 inches works with all our standard models.

Two-motor systems control head and foot sections independently. Three-motor systems add a dedicated lumbar motor between the head and foot zones, providing targeted lower back support that fills the gap created when both head and foot sections are elevated. Our DB04 and DB03 models use three-motor configurations with independent head, foot, and lumbar positioning. Four-motor systems (DB01, DB05) add pillow tilt on top of that, providing four independently adjustable zones.

Yes. We provide full private label and white-label manufacturing. This includes your logo on the product, branded remote controls, custom packaging with your brand artwork, branded user manuals, and retail-ready barcode labeling. We do not sell directly to end consumers — all products ship under our customers' brand names. Your brand identity and product specifications are treated as confidential.

Yes.
