Seemoon has shipped over 3 million bed frames to North American retail channels over the past 8 years. Our current annual capacity exceeds 360,000 units. This production volume is supported by our dual-facility network: Pinghu Allen Furniture in Zhejiang, China (25,000 m² / established 2003) and Seemoon Technology Vietnam (20,000 m² / established 2018), with an additional 20,000 m² facility under construction.
All bed frames are produced through a vertically integrated manufacturing process. Our facilities include steel tube cutting and forming equipment, 20 robot welding machines, shot blasting workshops, electrostatic powder coating lines, and dedicated assembly and packaging areas.
Every bed frame model is engineered for flat-pack packaging that maximizes container utilization. Our packaging team works with customers to optimize carton dimensions for their specific logistics requirements — whether that is Amazon FBA warehouse receiving standards, retail distribution center palletization, or direct-to-consumer courier delivery.
We support full OEM and private label programs for bed frames, including frame design modification, finish color selection, headboard and leg style options, packaging design with customer branding, assembly instruction creation, and retail-ready barcode labeling.
Our manufacturing holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Bed frames undergo structural load testing, weld joint inspection, coating thickness measurement, and assembly verification before packaging. Our factory has passed Walmart and Costco supplier audits.

Get A QuickSeemoon manufactures six categories of metal bed frames: platform bed frames (no box spring required), center-folding and triple-folding bed foundations, basic metal bed frames and mattress foundations, upholstered bed frames with integrated headboards, storage bed frames with lift-up or drawer mechanisms, and rollaway folding beds for hotel and institutional use.
Weight capacity varies by model. Standard platform bed frames support 600 to 1,000 lbs. Upholstered bed frames are rated at 800 to 1,000 lbs. Folding bed foundations support 600 to 800 lbs. Rollaway beds are rated at 300 to 450 lbs. All ratings are verified through structural load testing.
Select platform bed frame models are designed to be compatible with adjustable bed bases. These frames use an open-top design that allows an adjustable base to sit inside the frame perimeter without interference from fixed slats.
Our standard MOQ is one 40-foot container per model and size combination. A single container typically holds 200 to 600 units depending on the frame type and carton dimensions. Mixed-model containers are available for first-time buyers.
Yes. Our upholstered bed frame line supports custom headboard designs including tufted, channel-stitched, wingback, and clean-line panel styles. Headboard height, width, fabric type, and color are all configurable. Fabric options include linen, velvet, polyester blends, and faux leather.
All bed frames are packaged in flat-pack cartons designed for efficient container loading and safe transit. For e-commerce channels, we can configure packaging to meet Amazon FBA receiving requirements, including individual unit barcoding and carton size optimization.
Standard production lead time is 25 to 40 days after order confirmation. Orders with standard specifications ship within 25 to 30 days. Custom headboard or new fabric orders may require 35 to 45 days. Repeat orders can be reduced to 20 to 25 days.
Yes. Our hotel bed frame category includes permanent-installation platform bases for guest rooms and rollaway folding beds for guest overflow. Hotel bases are built with higher weight capacity and commercial-grade finishes.
