Split King Adjustable Bed:

Our split king adjustable bed configuration consists of two independent Twin XL bases placed side by side within a king-size bed frame. Each base operates with its own motor system and remote control, allowing two sleepers to adjust head and foot positions independently. This is the fastest-growing segment in the North American adjustable bed market, and our highest-volume split configuration.

Split Queen Adjustable Bed:

The split queen adjustable bed follows the same independent-control principle, designed for queen-size bed frames. This configuration serves markets where bedroom space is limited but independent adjustment is still a priority. Custom size adaptation is available for non-standard dimensions used in European, Australian, Korean, and other international markets. What is the minimum order quantity for adjustable bed bases?

Our standard MOQ is 50 units per model per size. For buyers who want to evaluate more than one configuration before committing to a full program, we can arrange a mixed-model container so you can trial dual-motor, three-motor, and quad-motor bases together. MOQ can also be discussed for established OEM partners placing repeat orders across a season.

Can you build adjustable beds under our own brand?

Yes. Every adjustable bed base we produce is available for OEM and private-label programs. Branding covers the remote design and interface, packaging artwork, custom user manuals, fabric and finish, and motor specification. Our engineering team works from your specification through sample approval into mass production, so the finished base matches your brand's positioning rather than a generic rebrand.

How do I choose between a dual-motor, three-motor, and quad-motor base?

It comes down to the market segment you are targeting. A dual-motor base handles independent head and foot articulation and suits entry and mid-range retail and e-commerce. Our bases are tested to UL and ETL safety standards, with CFR1633 flammability compliance, ISTA 3A transit testing, and SGS weight-load verification. The factory holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification and has passed Walmart and Costco supplier audits. For markets that require additional approvals such as CE or SAA, we coordinate the relevant testing as part of the OEM process.

Which motor brands do you use, and can we specify our own?

We build with established motor systems including OKIN, Kaidi, and Timotion, and can source alternative brands on request. Motor choice affects noise level, lift speed, and unit cost, so for a private-label program we help match the motor to your performance and price targets. Custom torque and speed specifications are available where a brand needs a particular feel.
