Seemoon manufactures three core product categories: electric adjustable bed bases (dual-motor, three-motor, and quad-motor configurations), home care beds (semi-electric and full-electric with hi-low adjustment and side rails), and metal bed frames (platform bases, folding foundations, upholstered frames, storage beds, and rollaway hotel beds). All products are manufactured in our own facility in Vietnam with robot-welded steel construction and powder-coated finishes.
Our standard MOQ is one 40-foot container per model and size combination. Container capacity varies by product — approximately 280–350 adjustable bed bases, 40–60 home care beds, or 200–600 bed frames per container depending on packaging configuration. For first-time buyers, we can arrange mixed-model containers to evaluate multiple products before committing to single-model volume orders.
Yes. We provide full OEM and private label services including motor brand selection, remote control branding, fabric and finish customization, packaging design with your branding, custom user manuals, and size adaptation for different markets. Our engineering team works directly with your product development team from specification through sample approval and mass production.
Our manufacturing facility holds ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management certifications. We have passed Walmart and Costco factory audits. Products are tested to UL/ETL safety standards, CFR1633 flammability requirements, ISTA 3A shipping standards, California Proposition 65 compliance, and SGS weight loading verification. Additional market-specific certifications can be coordinated for your target region.
Standard lead time is 25–45 days after order confirmation, depending on product type and customization scope. Bed frames with standard specifications ship within 25–30 days. Adjustable beds require 30–45 days. Home care beds require 35–50 days. Repeat orders on established specifications can be shortened to 20–30 days. Shipping from our Vietnam facility adds 15–25 days for North American ports.

Our products are supplied to distribution programs serving Amazon, Costco, Walmart, Target, Macy's, Wayfair, and Ashley Furniture retail channels.
